NUAA operates as a charity and is funded by NSW Health to provide services for our target populations, who continue to experience discrimination, stigma, and a heightened risk of blood-borne viruses, including HIV and Hepatitis C.

Our priority is to maintain access to injecting equipment for people in regional and remote areas and for marginalised communities who have limited access to local services. We are carefully reviewing how we manage demand to ensure our service remains equitable, sustainable, and community-focused.

If we are unable to fulfil your current order, or if your order needs to be reduced to help manage available resources, we will contact you directly or include a note with your delivery.
